Could be a dirt road, need County approval. That would require the least road building. Also, with the slope, it would be ideal to come in from below and have a garage (if desired) underneath the house. I think it would be a good spot for solar panels on the roof, too. We went there today to take photographs but there was too much snow to get to the lot. The photographs are from 4th and 5th street, looking at the lot from a distance.
