Dana Atkins anchors her real estate career on the foundation of Integrity, Honesty, and Knowledge. These three rules have created a successful and rewarding experience for both herself as well as her clients. Dana has lived and worked in the Metro Denver area for over 30 years. Dana has worked in many facets of the real estate industry, including representing buyers, sellers, and investors. Dana also spent 8 years in mortgage banking as a loan officer. With over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, Dana brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience. Dana believes that knowledge is power. Understanding the Buyer and Seller process is critical to a successful real estate transaction.
In her free time, Dana enjoys spending time with her 3 children boating on the lake during the summer. Dana has a passion for exercise in many different formats. In the fall and winter, you will find her cuddled up on the sofa watching football and eating just the right “comfort foods
